Chat credits are a digital service. Delivery = credits added to your account after payment confirmation. 1 message = 1 credit.
Request for immediate performance
Performance of the digital content/service begins immediately after payment at the consumer's express request. Right of withdrawal is deemed used once the consumer has given explicit consent before performance begins (statutory exception).
