1) Digital product
Chat credits are a digital product delivered to your account for use in the chat experience.
2) No refund after use
Because credits are digital and can be consumed instantly, purchases are non-refundable once:
- credits have been delivered to your account AND
- any part of the credits has been used.
3) Technical issues / Non-delivery
If credits are not delivered to your account, or a technical error prevents you from using credits you purchased, contact support. We will investigate and either:
- fix the issue and restore access/credits, or
- provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
